Text | [from the Baltimore correspondent] ...if rumor is true, already efforts are being made to organize the club into a stock company so as to make in the future a wider distribution of earnings, if so fortunate, or losses, if as usual. Mr. Vonderhorst has been, so far, shouldering about all these losses, it is understood, even before he publicly became a participator in the business of the club, and if he has now come to the conclusion that a little broadcast distribution of responsibility through the medium of a stock company is desirable, it cannot be wondered at. |
