Text	Hitherto the outside crowd have been the most numerous at matches on these grounds, the facilities for viewing the proceedings being equally as great outside as in. Now, however, the “free, gratis, for nothing” class of spectators have been left out in the cold by means of a high fence erected on the bank, thus putting a stop to a sight of the game anywhere but inside the inclosure.
