Text | Since the decision in the Mullane case, which is believed to be a precedent for similar cases, it is the unwritten law of the profession to respect such transactions as the Toledo-St. Louis, Columbus-Allegheny and Cleveland-Brooklyn affairs, although they do not come within the strict interpretation of the terms of the National Agreement or the instructions under it. |
