Text | ...the rules for the Grand Stand prohibiting smoking or beer-selling in that department, so strictly enforced at the beginning, have been revoked, and the beer-seller passes among ladies brazenly crying out his liquor for sale, and men who claim to be gentlemen sit right in their faces. Is it a wonder that the attendance of ladies has fallen off to almost nothing. |
