Text | Yesterday afternoon President Soden of the Boston club and Samuel W. Wise, one of the players, were served with notices to appear before the supreme judicial court the first Money in June to answer to a bill of complaint made by Justus Thorner and others representing the Cincinnati Base Ball Club. |
