Text | The expense absolutely necessary is merely to provide a dinner for about 200 delegates, to take place between 6 and 8 P.M., on the day of the Convention, none but the visiting delegates from clubs outside a circuit of 30 miles from the metropolis to be the guests, all others to pay for tickets.
