Text	As to Dunlap, Shafer and others black-listed by the Arbitration Committee, he [Young] said it was very likely that they would all be reinstated; but expelled players, like Sweeney, McCormick, Briody and Glassock, would have to remain outside the pale of the League. “Players on the black-list, is must be understood,” said Mr. Young, “are men who signed contracts with Union or other clubs while under server, but were not expelled by clubs for so doing. On the other hand, men who broke contracts after playing with a club can not expect lenience, for their eyes were wide open.
