Text | [reporting the AA meeting of 3/7-8] The anti-bunting rule was also cleared up. When the trick is resorted to the umpires were instructed to call “foul,” and later “strike.” If the ball is caught by the catcher the batsman is out, if not he is penalized with a strike. |
