Text | You will notice there was [sic] some changes made in the rules. ... The ball may be delivered shoulder high. There will be some queer pitching!! It was voted not to move the pitcher back. It was well they did for it might have proved injurious to Richmond. I would have liked to have seen the number of “called” balls reduced to six. It would have been an improvement I think.
