Text	[from Answers to Correspondents, from a Philadelphia correspondent] 1. In playing Base Ball, A has the bat and strikes a foul ball, the ball is caught and he is put out, has he a right to strike again? 2. If the striker hits a ball fairly, and the ball is held by an adversary on the 1 st base before the striker reaches it, has he a right to strike again that innings? 1. If he be the third striker out he of course cannot strike again, but if his turn comes round again before three hands are put out he strikes a second, and even a third time, and so on until the third hand is out. This rule hold good in cases both of fair and foul balls.
