Text | The Union Club in Boston, as everybody knows, was a financial failure. Now an assessment of $50 a share has been levied upon the already disconsolate stockholders. Some intend to refuse payment on legal grounds, and will contest the matter in the courts if necessary. The club is in insolvency, and owes some $10,000. |
