Text | [Vigilant vs. Central 8/21/1866] A closely contested match was played...and had it not been for the ungentlemanly conduct of some members of the Vigilant, who endeavored to disconcert their opponents by shouting and other ungentlemanly demonstrations, the game would have been a pleasant one. |
