Text | [Atlantic vs. Eureka 8/31/63] On their arrival at the Eureka grounds, everything was found duly prepared in the way of arrangements for keeping the spectators from encroaching on the grounds set apart for the players; but no chalk lines were laid down for the Umpire to judge of foul balls correctly, something that should never be neglected at a ball match. |
