Text | Horace Phillips, the old base ball manager, is reported to have again become insane. Catcher George Miller, of the Allies, to-day received a letter from Charley Eden, once left fielder of the old League club, now living in Grand Rapids, saying that Phillips' complaint had returned, and he had been removed to an asylum last week.
