Text | So long have the Beacons been maintaining this high standard that they have become a regular institution in the base ball world here, and they are second only to the Bostons in popularity and reputation. There is not a player on the team who is not a student, a member of some profession or a business man. Nearly all of their games are played on Saturdays, as they are not at leisure on other days. |
