Text | An examination of the rules and regulations of the National Agreement reveals the fact that no provision whatever is made for reinstatement of players expelled or suspended under the Agreement. This being the case, an amendment will be necessary to effect their reinstatement. If this amendment is made by the Arbitration Committee, a two-thirds vote of each association party to the agreement will be necessary for its adoption.
