Text	The second game which was to have been played by the Troy Citys and Capital Citys April 23, did not occur, as the Troy Citys received a telegram from “Boss” Hulbert, informing that nine that the League rules did not permit of such games. Fisler is now in Washington, D.C., where he expects to have a position in one of the Government offices.
