Text | At the annual meeting of the Star Baseball Club the old Board of Directors was re-elected. The report showed the expenditures to be $1,000 above receipts. The team next year will cost less than $10,000, and the club hope to make $3,000 the coming season. The nine are to have new grounds and new uniforms. The suits will be made of white Canton flannel, trimmed with brown, with “Syracuse” (probably) on the breast of the shirts; caps to match and brown stockings. |
