Text | Gentlemen, you ask a reasonable charge in admitting spectators to your matches, let us ask you to confer a favor on the public who attend your games so freely, “Open the ball” a little earlier; commence punctually at 3 o’clock, and not keep the “plebe” waiting for an hour after time. The days are getting shorter, and the dusk comes on rapidly. |
