The old fairgrounds were said to be on/near the farm of Captain Jack Barton, with an entrance about where (in 1950) Hagedorn Appliances was/is. This puts it at about 4432 Dixie Hwy. (the old Covington and Lexington Pike) in Erlanger, just east of Florence.
