Description	The Emporia Weekly News, May 14, 1869: "The Emporia Base Ball Club will meet for practice this afternoon at 4 o'clock." Same March 5, 1869 reports the formation of this bbc. Same, June 14, 1867 asks "What has become of the base ball club, boys?" hinting that Emporia had a bbc that year. Same, May 21, 1869: "The Emporia Base Ball Club has been resuscitated..." It appears Emporia had a club in 1868.
