<p>The Springfield&nbsp;<em>Daily Illinois State Journal</em>, June 15, 1870 reports that the Dexter BBC (colored) reorganized last night as the Dexter Star BBC, with Charles Parker, president, Moses McCloud, VP and Albert Dyer, Captain. Same June 18, 1870 says this Dexter Club will play the Independent of Bloomington for the "colored championship of the state."</p>
