Weeden; Secretary - Robert Willians; Treasurer -  Isaac D. Paull; Directors - Henry Holland; David Phelan; A.D. Carpenter."

Taunton MA, established in 1637, had a population of about 15,000 in 1860.  It is about 30 miles S of Boston and 20 miles W of Plymouth MA.  We assume that Britaniaville is a neighborhood of Taunton.
