The newspaper article does not specifically state that these clubs are from Nashville. But their presence in a Nashville paper, and the lack of a geographical qualifier heavily imply it. The "Forest" and "Forrest" are likely two spellings for the same club. Perhaps the name alludes to the Confederate general Nathan Bedford Forrest.
