Description	The newspapers don't make clear where the early Joliet teams played, but an 1873 city map locates the Fair Grounds as east of the city, just east of Hickory Creek, between 2nd and 4th Streets. Modern Crombie Park would be just to the northwest. The Fairgrounds would have been a likely spot to play.
