Nick Name Naquag
Earliest Known Date 1859
Location Barre, MA, United States
Nine Class Senior
Description

The Barre Gazette, Sept. 9, 16, Oct. 7, 1859 reports that the Naquag BBC of Barre challenged, then played, the BBC of Hardiwck, to a game of 100 tallies. MA Rules?

The Naquag was a hotel in Barre.

In 1858 Barre evidently played "one out, all out, flying ball." They accepted a challenge from a North Brookfield club that used to play this variant game. See same, Oct. 1, 1858.
