Description	The Richmond True Republican, May 23, 1867, reports: "Base Ball Club--A Base Ball Club has been organized by the young men of this city." With Eli F. Brown, President, and John Cadwalader, Vice president. Same Sept. 19, 1867, reports that the Centrals of nearby Centreville beat the Quaker City club of this city 98-77 at Centreville on Saturday.
