Description	The South Haven Sentinel, Aug. 1, 1874 notes that the St. Joseph people call the South Haven BBC the "bark peelers." Same July 25, 1874 has Kalamazoo visitors playing against the South Haveners. The lumber port of South Haven (inc. 1869) had about 1400 residents in 1870.
