Biography
A "Wm. H. Darr" is listed in the Nashville city directory for 1866, and a "Wm. Darr" is listed in the 1870 Nashville census. In 1870, William H. Darr was a clerk in a local lumberyard, but he was born in Pennsylvania. Darr became involved in local politics and served as city alderman in the 1870s.
This specific William H. Darr has not been located in any Civil War service records.
