Description | New Orleans Times, June 11, 1867 reported on a match in the army camp at Greenville between the Reveille Base Ball Club of company E, 4th US Cavalry, and the Jackson Base Ball Club of the 1st U.S. Infantry. The camp was at Broadway and St. Charles in modern New Orleans. Greenville was annexed by New Orleans in 1882. |
