<p>The modern Diamond State Baseball Club has a website which has lots on the history of this club. It says the home grounds in 1866 were at the Northwest corner of Delaware Avenue and Adams Street (near the cemetery). The next year the home grounds were at the terminus of the city railway (see Wawasset grounds).</p>
