Text	[Athletic vs. Allegheny 5/3/1883] If there ever was a base ball fraud perpetrated, one thousand people witnessed part of it to-day, and then generally went home disgusted. Daniels [umpire] was sick, so the Allegheny and Athletic Clubs couldn't play a championship contest, but postponed it until to-morrow, and gave an exhibition game.
