Text	We noticed at the Convention, that while Harry Wright was evidently non-plussed at times in his efforts to clearly explain the object and meaning of several points of the amendments to the rules he suggested, Mr. Chadwick–who was present–took no part in the proceedings. Experienced as he is in the business, acting as Chairman of the Committee of Rules in conventions, we should have thought that he would have relieved Harry from his troubles, as he readily could have done. We are informed, however, that as he had no voice before the Convention–not being a delegate–he refrained from obtruding his advice. In this we think he was mistaken. This objection could readily be removed in the future, by the Association electing him an Honorary Member as the old Association did. This would give him a voice, but not a vote. He had a list of amendments to offer at the preliminary meeting of the delegates, but refrained from presenting them under the circumstances of the outside attendance there, so he informed us.
