Description

See games tabulation.

Same as Putnam Club of Brooklyn? The town of Williamsburgh, along with the adjoining town of Bushwick, was annexed by Brooklyn in 1855, and the town name dropped the final "h". What was Williamsburg became the 13th-16th Wards of Brooklyn, part of Brooklyn's so-called "Eastern District." But the name for the neighborhood lived on.

Williamsburg(h) had 30,781 residents in 1850.

Win/Loss Records As Far As We Now Know

Warning: Users should not rely on a team's won-loss record as a reflection of its "standing" among all base ball clubs. Team schedules were not balanced, and a good record against mostly weak opponents does not signify a leading club.
