Text	The management of the Metropolitan Exhibition Company yesterday [1/5] signed a new lease of the Polo Grounds for five years. Heretofore they could get it from year to year from the Manhattan Polo Company, but as the lease of the grounds has run out, the Exhibition Company got it direct from the owners at one-half what they have heretofore paid for it.
