Text | Frederick W. Thayer and George Wright, of Boston, who claim to own the exclusive right to manufacture the safety masks used by base ball catchers, have begun a suit against the Spalding Brothers, of Chicago, for damages to their patent rights, and an injunction restraining them from manufacturing the masks was issued by the United States Court. |
